I work with professionals and leaders who carry responsibility well on the outside, yet feel the impact of prolonged demand internally — mentally, emotionally and physically.
My work supports people to feel calmer, think more clearly and perform well, without pushing, forcing or getting stuck in the past.
This is grounded, professional support for people who don’t need fixing — they need space, clarity and skilled guidance that meets them at their level.

My approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, working at nervous-system level to support meaningful, sustainable change.
Clients remain fully aware and in control at all times. There is no stage hypnosis or loss of control.
Where the past is explored, it is done briefly and purposefully at an emotional level — not to dwell on it, but to resolve its impact and support effective forward change.
The focus is always on helping clients move towards their goals - where they want to be. With clarity, confidence and a sense of internal steadiness and improvement.
