Meet Paula

My Role

I work as a Leadership Wellbeing & Performance Specialist, supporting high-functioning professionals and leaders who are operating under sustained pressure.

My work focuses on stress regulation, confidence, resilience and sustainable performance - particularly where responsibility, change, risk and expectation converge.

My Approach

I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed support, using Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP-based approaches to work at nervous-system level.

Where relevant, aspects of past experience may be explored briefly and safely. Not to revisit events unnecessarily, but to resolve emotional impact that supports change as efficiently and effectively as possible.

The work is collaborative, practical and respectful. Clients remain in control throughout, they are fully aware, able to engage or to stop at any point.

Experience and Philosophy

Many of the people I work with are outwardly capable and successful, yet internally carrying too much. They don’t need motivation, pressure or mindset hacks.

They need skilled support that recognises the impact of prolonged demand and helps restore balance, clarity and confidence.

I work with humility, integrity and professional responsibility. By creating a psychologically safe space where change can happen, without judgement or pathologising normal responses to sustained pressure.

Professional Background

My work is informed by professional training in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP and other neurological level techniques. Alongside extensive experience within and supporting people in high-pressure environments.

I work ethically, confidentially and with appropriate professional and insurance frameworks.

My Story

Before I became a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I held a National high-pressure senior policing role,  working with Police Forces across the UK, the Home Office and the College of Policing.

Managing multiple responsibilities, collaborations and high risk scenarios.

Absorbing the adrenaline, physical, emotional and neurological impact. Keeping going as you're outwardly strong, capable, composed and people are relying on you.

And it’s why I now specialise in helping others to regain their clarity, find their steadyness, build their confidence and feel more like themselves again.
